1. Nature of Service
We provide AI-assisted translation of Japanese menus. By using this service, you acknowledge that the output is for informational purposes only and subject to technical limitations of OCR and LLM technology.
2. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed via Stripe. Due to the instant nature of digital PDF generation, refunds are generally not provided unless a technical failure occurs during the processing stage.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any health issues, allergic reactions, or financial losses resulting from incorrect translations or service downtime.
Privacy Policy
1. Data Minimization
We believe in your privacy. We do not store the images you upload for longer than necessary. Photos are deleted from our servers immediately after the PDF is generated and sent to your email.
2. Information We Collect
- Email: Used exclusively to deliver your completed PDF and account-related notifications.
- Payment Info: Handled securely by Stripe; we never store or see your credit card details.
3. Third-Party Services
We use Google Vertex AI for processing and Resend for email delivery. These providers are industry leaders and compliant with global privacy standards including GDPR.
